BOMA Georgia is the largest and most dynamic membership association for commercial real estate property managers and asset managers in the state. Real estate professionals engaging in all aspects of property and asset management join BOMA Georgia – including tenant services, administrative support, property management, asset management, construction management, community engagement, leasing, marketing, finance, and more – and ranging from property, portfolio, state, regional, national, and international in scope.
With a membership comprehensively representing all aspects of property and asset management, members learn from one another and grow through educational programs and networking experiences offered by the association, ultimately building value for the properties and people they serve. Professional Designations
BOMA Georgia partners with BOMI to offer a variety of professional designations related to property and asset management. Throughout the commercial real estate industry, a BOMI designation is recognized as a mark of distinction, an emblem of achievement backed by BOMI’s more than 50 years of excellence in developing and offering educational programs.

The Real Property Administrator (RPAᆴ) designation program serves the educational needs of both third-party property managers and corporate property managers. Courses leading to an RPA cover every aspect of property management, from the basics of building design, operation and maintenance, to the specialized areas of commercial property law and risk management, marketing and asset management. Through this program, property managers learn to maximize the net income of any property, be it one building or an entire portfolio.
To earn the RPA designation, you must complete seven mandatory courses, plus one elective course. Students do not have to take the courses in any specific order. However, if you are new to the curriculum, you may consider beginning with subject matter you are already familiar with and save new material for later study. This will ensure immediate success in your professional development.

The Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®) designation program benefits new and experienced facilities professionals alike.
