BOMA TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION MEMBERSHIP

The BOMA Technical Organization (BTO) gives building engineers and operations and maintenance professionals the opportunity to grow professionally while becoming more involved in the real estate industry. Individuals who may join the BTO are building engineers; and operations and maintenance professionals; and others with similar responsibilities.

BOMA Georgia is the largest and most dynamic membership association for commercial real estate building engineers and operations and maintenance professionals in the state. CRE professionals engaging in all aspects of building operations and maintenance join BOMA Georgia. This includes professionals who are responsible for all CRE property types and who have responsibilities that range from a single property to a portfolio level, with a local, regional, national, or international scope.

With a membership comprehensively representing all aspects of commercial real estate management, operations and maintenance, BTO members learn from one another and grow through educational programs and networking experiences offered by the association, ultimately building value for the organizations and people they serve. Additionally, members receive regular updates on industry news and trends through the bi-monthly BOMA Georgia eNewsletter and other special publications and stay informed on state legislative issues on a weekly basis during Georgia’s legislative session. Through a unique partnership with Commercial Real Estate Insight Journal, members also gain access to hundreds of video and article resources and educational webinars.
