What is BOMA Georgia?

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia represents one of the largest industries in the state of Georgia—commercial real estate. BOMA Georgia membership includes building owners, property managers, facility managers, and building engineers.

BOMA Georgia's mission statement: leading the commercial real estate community to enhance the professionalism and value of our members through education, advocacy, community involvement, membership participation and the open exchange of ideas.

    2015 April Delegate Newsletter

    The 2015 session of the Georgia General Assembly came to an end on April 2. Bills that were passed out of both chambers now go to Gov. Nathan Deal, who has 40 days to sign or veto before they automatically become law. Any bills that did not pass out of both chambers this year, including BOMA Georgia's HB 200, will remain eligible for consideration in 2016.

    BOMA eNewsletter Mid-April

    Two Georgia buildings and several BOMA Georgia members were honored at the 2015 BOMA Southern Region Conference, April 8-11 in Charlotte, N.C.

    Buckhead Tower at Lenox Square earned The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award in the Earth Award category. The building is managed by Parmenter Realty Partners. Meghan Swanson is the property manager.

    201 Seventeenth earned the TOBY award in the category of buildings between 250,000-499,999 square feet. The building is managed by CBRE, and Jennifer Corbitt is the property manager.
